Pamela Anderson: I do a school safety patrol, with a neon vest and everything

Pamela Anderson has revealed she helps out on the safety patrol at her sons’ school “with the neon vest and everything.”

The mum of 11 year old Brandon and 10 year old Dylan said she’s single since splitting from third husband Rick Salomon in December because being a parent is “taking up a lot of time” at the moment.

The former Baywatch actress is currently assisting illusionist Hans Klok in his Las Vegas show, The Beauty of Magic and she told The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently: “Usually I get in around 3 or 4 in the morning, and I’m up at 6:30am with my kids making breakfast, 8am at school, and who washes their face?”

Ellen suggested that her role on the school’s safety team must surprise a lot of the other parents but Pamela said they don’t really “flip out” over the celebrity “but I get a lot of high fives. They think it’s funny that I’m there doing that.”

“I’m a mom, [and] you have to do it and I love it.”

“The hard part [is] when you shut the door and you see the reflection of yourself and I see myself covered in glitter with black down [around my eyes from the night before]. People always look at me funny anyway.”
