Heather Mills to return to court to challenge gagging order?
After her nearly two year divorce battle from Paul McCartney finally came to an end this week, Heather Mills is reportedly considering returning to the High Court in an effort to lift her gagging order.
Heather agreed to the confidentiality agreement as part of the £24.3million settlement on Monday but is said to be livid after the overseeing judge, Mr Justice Bennett, released his highly critical 58-page judgement the following day.
The document, which labels Heather a fantasist with a “warped perception” of her role in her marriage who indulges in “make-believe” and doesn’t give anywhere as much money to charity as she claims, has resulted in further vilification of her character in unsympathetic sections of the media and Heather believes she’s been left without a right to reply. The former model issued a statement criticising the release of the document but risks being in contempt of the order if she discusses the case publicly or leaks .
A source close to Heather told the News of the World: “Heather reckons it’s outrageous she cannot talk about their family life.”
“We all feel she SHOULD be allowed to say what she wants. She’s stunned that the judge issued this public judgement of her and then BANNED her from discussing any more details,
“She saw the judge’s ruling like an attempt to assassinate her. She’s deeply hurt that he called into question her attitude to the the two things she cares about most, her daughter and charity work. To attack her charity crusades is to try and destroy the woman.”
“It’s typical of Heather that she’s now actually annoyed she didn’t launch MORE attacks on Paul in public before the divorce hearing. We think she’s bitten her tongue more than she wanted to. Now things are different. But she’s wary that if she breaks the gagging clause, the law will come down hard on her.”
Her solicitor David Rosen is quoted in the Daily Mail as adding: “Heather is very frustrated. She feels that it’s very unfair that the judgment should be printed in full when she cannot defend herself.”
“She’s planning to apply to lift the ban. It was damning enough that the judge made his judgment so clear and vividly - no one deserves that. It’s like a prolonged hanging for her.”
Heather is currently in the US, where she is in talks with a number of media outlets for interviews, but due to the nature of the gag, she can not discuss specific details of the divorce hearing or “marital confidences”. Sources claim she also has plans for a tell-all book if the order is lifted or relaxed.

Heather Mills is a disgusting, vile excuse fora human. Furthermore, besides child support, Paul McArtney shouldn’t have been made to give her one red cent!

Marrying for money is a form of prostitution. Although Heather deludes herself, she is a rich one. She decided she was Sir Paul’s business partner because she helped him with his fingernail - how delusional.
