Demi Moore appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman on Monday night and spoke about her new beauty regime - applying leeches to her belly button in order to suck out the blood’s impurities. To say we’re a little suspicious about it is putting it mildly.

After some initial chit-chat about her family, she seems very keen to chat about it - launching straight into her own monologue without much prompting from David - and doesn’t even mention her new film Flawless which was apparently the reason for her appearance. It’s almost as if she had a particular reason for talking about the incredulous leeches.

On a POSSIBLY RELATED note, her husband Ashton Kutcher’s new television show Pop Fiction, about celebrities making up false stories about themselves to trick the media, is now showing on E! on Sunday nights in the US.
