Amy Winehouse’s management looking into overseas rehab
Amy Winehouse’s management team are reportedly looking to get the singer out of the UK and into rehab.
Amy spent two weeks in a central London rehab clinic in January but her team are worried that it was too close to home and are now exploring options further afield.
A source told the Sun: “Amy has admitted she needs to check into rehab again.”
“There are too many temptations for her in the UK - people around her in London are making it impossible for her to stay clean for any length of time.”
“Her management had considered flying her to a clinic in Israel but are now looking further afield. They are assessing a clinic in Cape Town in South Africa.”
Earlier in the week, a source close to Amy claimed that the singer had no interest in beating her drug problems until she was reunited with her currently imprisoned husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
