MadonnaAs the biggest selling female recording artist in the world, Madonna has joked that there is only one thing left for her to conquer - her ego.

She told Q magazine recently: “What else is there for me to conquer? Hopefully my ego.”

“How will I know when I’ve succeeded? When I stop caring what anyone thinks.”

The star recently admitted to suffering from panic attacks before shows and added that despite her confident image, “I can be shy. And nervous. About things. People will never think that of me.”
