Steve-OSteve-O has forfeited $10,000 of his bail money after failing to turn up to a scheduled court date on Wednesday.

The Jackass star, who is currently on a mental health hold at Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Medical Center, was deemed to be in violation of his bail agreement in not attending the session at Los Angeles Superior Court but presiding judge James Banco took pity on Steve-O’s current medical position and while he’s lost the $10,000 bail money, he will not face arrest for the absence. The arraignment hearing will now take place on 23rd April.

Steve-O is facing charges of possession of cocaine and vandalism after attacking his neighbour’s property on 3rd March. A group of his friends including fellow stuntman Johnny Knoxville encouraged him to check into Cedars Sinai the following weekend after an apparent suicide threat. He was initially placed on a 72 hour hold which was then extended by a further 14 days.
