Jamie Lynn Spears’ engagement confirmed by his cousin
Jamie Lynn Spears‘ engagement to boyfriend Casey Aldridge has been confirmed by his cousin.
Tina Robinson told Us Weekly: “He proposed a few days ago, and she accepted.”
Tina said she hadn’t yet seen a ring - although Jamie Lynn is said to have been showing it off to friends around Kentwood, Louisiana - and she doesn’t know whether they’ll marry before or after Jamie Lynn gives birth in May.
Tina added: “They probably weren’t expecting [the proposal] to be, like, right now, but with her being pregnant, that really pushed it up.”
As she is under 18, Jamie Lynn would need both her parents’ permission to marry 18 year old Casey.
