Ex-Eastenders star Natalie Cassidy: two hours a day in the gym to stay thin
Former Eastenders star Natalie Cassidy has revealed she has to spend two hours a day at the gym to keep in shape.
The actress lost 4 stone (56lbs) last year and dropped four dress sizes to a (UK) Size 8 but told Closer magazine recently that she finds it hard to keep the weight off: “I’m a perfectionist and now I’ve got the hourglass figure I’ve always wanted.”
“[But] maintaining the weight is the toughest bit.”
“It’s bloody hard work. I’m in the gym every day at 7am doing spinning classes or with my personal trainer. It can be a nightmare - I’m there for up to two hours a day.”
She added that she also has to keep a close eye on what she eats - and drinks: “It’s all about moderation, but I do love a glass of white wine.
“If I go out and drink a lot one night, I won’t drink for the rest of the week as alcohol is full of calories.”
