Barron HiltonParis Hilton’s little brother Barron Hilton pleaded no contest to DUI charges yesterday.

The 18 year old was arrested in February after he was spotted driving erratically in Malibu, California and found to have a blood alcohol level of .14, when the legal limit is .8 or any traces of alcohol at all for those under 21.

In return for his plea, Barron had his driving license suspended for a year and was placed on three years’ probation. He also must attend a three-month alcohol education programme, attend a lecture given by Mothers Against Drunk Driving and visit the Los Angeles County morgue.

Big sister Paris had her license suspended and received probation after her own drink-driving arrest in September 2006: she spent 45 days in the Century Regional Detention Facility at Lynwood, California last June after violating the probation.
