Matthew McConaugheyMatthew McConaughey has said he has no plans to settle down in one place even though he’s set to become a dad this summer.

Speaking at the British Fool’s Gold premiere in London last night, he told reporters he’s often tempted by the adventurer lifestyle enjoyed by his character Finnegan in the film: “The baby could come too.”

“We are going to probably travel go on a few adventures together. Me, the child and my girlfriend Camila will hopefully stay on the road, you know, go explore the world.”

“One of the great things about my job is I go all over the world, some of the best people I’ve met are from when I travel, or who I work with.”

Matthew, who spent most of last year living in an ocean-side caravan to be close to the surf, added that despite the frequent pictures of him exercising topless on the beach, he doesn’t spend that much time doing focused exercise to stay in shape: “I just try and stay active.”

“I just try and break a sweat every day some how. Whether it’s dancing, running - today I went and kicked a football.”
