Alexa ChungTV presenter Alexa Chung was reportedly left rather embarrassed when a neighbour opened a parcel meant for her by mistake.

According to the Mirror, the package was full of self-help books ordered from Amazon including ones about controlling “inner anger”, relationship advice and a motivational work-life balance one entitled “Who Moved My Cheese?”.

A source told the newspaper: “Her neighbour had opened the package by mistake, so Alexa was embarrassed to discover they had seen all these self-help guides.”

“[But] she’s got so much on at the moment, she just needed a bit of help. Alexa has been catapulted into the limelight recently. Even though she’s glad she’s doing so well, I think she’s finding everything a bit full-on.”

“Alexa has been burning the candle at both ends, working hard and also going out in London with [boyfriend Arctic Monkeys’ frontman Alex Turner] and seeing her mates.”

“Hopefully the books will help her figure out how to deal with her hectic lifestyle.”
