Kate Moss’ boyfriend’s party halted by police

Kate Moss‘ fiance Jamie Hince came close to being arrested after a party in a hotel room span out of control.

Jamie, along with The Kills bandmate Alison Mosshart, were filming a video at the party in their suite in a Barcelona hotel last week but fellow guests complained to hotel staff after it went on too late.

A source told the Mirror: “It sounded like they were having a riotous party with shrieking and laughing. It was the early hours and people were none too impressed.”

After demands from hotel staff failed to quash the fun, the police were called and Mosshart is quoted as saying: “[The police] demanded the video tapes. They were called because we woke up some silly b****** who couldn’t take her hands off the phone to the front desk.”

The band are set to start the UK leg of their European tour in Edinburgh tonight.
