Kate HudsonKate Hudson was reportedly less than impressed with an early birthday treat on the set of her new film in Boston.

The actress, who turns 29 today, is currently filming Bride Wars and was presented with a customised cake by the owner of the home being used for the movie earlier this week.

An on-set source told the New York Daily News: “I saw the cake. It was weird, in the shape of a woman/snake/lizard kneeling.”

“The company who made it applied a photo of Kate’s head to the cake - it looks like something they probably got from Us magazine.”

“Kate accepted the cake halfheartedly, but didn’t eat it. It was found under some crew jackets and garbage when the crew was wrapping up.”
