Britney SpearsBritney Spears has reportedly been offered the chance to return to her cameo role in How I Met Your Mother.

The singer’s first appearance on the show last month boosted the episode ratings by around 2million to a total of 10million viewers, the show’s largest ever audience share.

An inside source told People magazine that she’s accepted the offer to return for another one-off episode: “The show is ecstatic and so is Britney.”

“She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”
