Kelly Brook splits from Billy Zane after four years

Kelly Brook has split from fiance Billy Zane after deciding that she is too young to settle down.

The 28 year old model turned actress is said to have reconsidered her four year relationship with Billy after the death of her father Ken last November.

A source close to the couple told the Sun: “After much soul-searching, Kelly decided that Billy is not the man she wants to marry and has called off the engagement.”

“The split is completely amicable and the decision was made after long conversations here and in the US. They remain good friends.”

The couple had been planning to marry last summer but pushed back the date because of their work schedules. The source added: “Billy was keen, but she kept delaying plans for the big day. He started asking questions - and they eventually decided to go their separate ways.”

“When her dad passed away she spent a lot of time mulling over life and decided she was too young to settle down.”

Kelly’s spokeperson confirmed the split last night.
