Wayne Rooney learning Italian after Milan trip

Wayne Rooney has reportedly been learning Italian after visiting Milan earlier in the year with fiancee Coleen McLoughlin.

The couple visited the city to find Wayne’s wedding suit and were, at one point, considering marrying in the area - but even though the venue for their nuptials has reportedly moved to the South of France, Wayne is still interested in learning the language.

An inside source told the Sun: “Wayne’s been trying his hand at a lot of new things recently. He fancied learning another language and opted for Italian after his trip with Coleen.”

“He wants to make more of an effort with locals when he’s away.”

The Manchester United star is also said to have been studying for further GCSEs after spending most of his school life concentrating on football.
