Shia LaBeouf no longer facing smoking charge
Shia LaBeouf will no longer face a misdemeanor charge for “unlawful smoking” after being stopped with a cigarette in February.
The Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star was ticketed after he was spotted smoking in a protected shopping area in Burbank, California on 18th February but after missing the initial court hearing, entered a not guilty plea.
In a second hearing yesterday, the misdemeanor charge against the actor was dropped, leaving him with just a $500 fine to pay.
