Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse has denied the rumours that she’s told husband Blake Fielder-Civil that she wants a divorce.

Amy was rumoured to have told Blake the news during a prison visit last Monday before heading out to celebrate and, later in the week, go public with her relationship with her manager’s assistant Alex Haines.

But, she told reporters at her Camden flat yesterday, that her marriage is definitely not over: “Why don’t these people who say I want a divorce just shut up and stop making up things about me?”

“I’m just waiting and waiting to get my Blake back. I’m supporting him all the way and I always have done.”

“Me and Blake are meant for each other, he’s my man.”

Amy refused to answer questions about her rumoured four-week romance with Alex - but her family are said to hope the stories are true.

Her dad Mitch Winehouse, who told a Sunday paper he thinks Amy should be sectioned for her own good, arrived at her house yesterday morning after returning from a holiday in Tenerife to confront his daughter about the new revelations and about her arrest for assault last week.

An onlooker at the scene told the Mirror: “Amy’s father arrived, went into her house and gave her a massive b******ing.

“You could just hear screaming and shouting inside. He was telling her, ‘You’ve got to f***ing pull yourself together.’ We just heard swearing and shouting.”

“Amy was furious with him [for his sectioning suggestion] and he is at the end of his tether with her. He thought they had all turned a corner but things seem to be unravelling again by the day.”
