Jessica Simpson: Tony Romo’s made me feel like me again

Jessica Simpson says she thinks her new relationship with Tony Romo has helped turn her life around.

After failed high-profile relationships with Nick Lachey and John Mayer, Jessica told the US issue of Glamour recently that she was nervous about starting a new romance but: “He made me feel comfortable [being myself] again.”

“We got to know each other by talking, which I think is the best way.”

She added that she was thrown when Dallas Cowboys star Tony first tried kiss her during a dinner date: “I had butterflies you would not imagine. I wanted to puke in the cupholder.”

“I said, ‘Were you just trying to kiss me in front of all these people?’ I was taken aback by someone wanting to kiss me in public. Because normally people are ashamed.”

“This article could come out and Tony and I could be broken up but he still deserves all the accolades for bringing me back to who I am.”

Now that she’s happy again she needs to go back to LA or Nashville or Las Vegas or wherever the heck she is from and leave the Cowboys QB alone. She may have changed for the better but Tony has changed for the worst. We want the wholesome Tony back so our kids can actually put on his jersey and wear it. Not now. He has some changing to do before the season starts. He was the golden boy and now he’s a laughing stock.
