Patrick Swayze is reportedly making preparations in case he doesn’t beat his pancreatic cancer.

The Dirty Dancing star responded well to treatment shortly after his diagnosis but reports claim the cancer still spread and he had to have part of his stomach removed in emergency surgery.

A friend of the actor is quoted as saying: “Patrick told his family he’s not giving up, but he wanted to make sure everything like the will was in place in the event that his health began to fail quickly and he didn’t have time to take care of things.”

Patrick is said to have also transferred full ownership of his ranch outside Los Angeles to wife of 32 years, Lisa Niemi and has been also started saying his goodbyes: “Patrick told Lisa, ‘I will always love you and can’t imagine how my life would have been without you’. It was very touching, and it’s part of his final farewell to his wife as the end draws closer.”
