Lily AllenLily Allen is reportedly planning to expand her work in TV to include a comedy series as well as her chatshow.

According to the Sun, Lily is working with friend, Gavin & Stacey’s James Corden on a series of sketches and hopes to sell the results to BBC3.

A source told the newspaper: “James loves her ideas and shares her sense of humour. He reckons the humour from Lily’s first album ‘Alright, Still’ will come across on the small screen.”

“If they can recreate the hilarity they have together at the pub it should be interesting to hear how their stuff turns out.”

Lily’s talk show Lily Allen and Friends was panned by critics but has been commissioned for a second series, which will be broadcast later this year.
