Coleen McLoughlinColeen McLoughlin celebrated the forthcoming end to her single life over the weekend as two dozen female friends and family members joined her for a hen weekend in Manchester.

According to the Mirror, the WAG hired a fleet of Mercedes to transfer the group from their homes in Liverpool and Cheshire to the luxury Lowry Hotel in Salford, Greater Manchester on Saturday morning.

The group, which included both Coleen’s mum Colette and her soon to be mother-in-law, fiancee Wayne Rooney’s mum Jeanette, spent the day being pampered in the hotel’s spa before a private dinner in the hotel’s £2,000 a night Presidential Suite.

After the dinner, they headed to the Panacea nightclub in the centre of Manchester for a night of dancing and champagne before returning to the hotel bar where they partied until 6am on Sunday morning, with some members of the group wearing embroidered dressing gowns, reading “Coleen’s Hen Party”.

A source told the newspaper: “The girls made sure they had a night to remember. They really let their hair down - but I suspect there might have been a few sore heads afterwards.”

Coleen and Wayne have signed a multi-million pound magazine deal to cover their wedding next month. Coleen and a small group of friends had a pre-hen night girls-week away in Florida last month while Wayne is said to be planning a stag weekend in Ibiza with both Manchester United and England teammates.
