Kerry’s weight soared during her fourth pregnancy but she has lost several stone already thanks to the Special K diet which recommends eating up to a 45g serving of any Special K cereal with 125ml semi-skimmed milk for breakfast, with another bowl for lunch or dinner, with a third nutritionally balanced meal, for two weeks. Kerry is also following a new exercise plan at her in-house gym in Cheshire.

A source told Closer magazine that Kerry “lost 2 stone in water retention in the first few days after having baby Max. She’s since shed almost another stone and is now below 10 stone.

“She still has the odd beef curry and glass of wine, but she’s trying hard to eat more healthily. She’s even eating grilled fish and vegetables now, which is much better than her old diet.”

Kerry is said to be planning to have her breasts surgically lifted as she feels they have sagged after four pregnancies. A representative for the 27 year old said: “Kerry’s looking and feeling great. She’s surprised at how quickly she’s lost the weight and is being very disciplined.”

With her health on track things seem to be looking up for Kerry generally as her advertising contract with Iceland has just been renewed in a one year £250,000 deal. Speculation about Kerry’s lifestyle had put the contract in jeopardy; however, a spokesman for Iceland confirmed: “She’s had her problems, but is great on our adverts.”
