Angelina Jolie confirms she’s expecting twins

Angelina Jolie has confirmed that she’s pregnant with twins.

Her Kung Fu Panda co-star Jack Black let the news slip during a joint interview broadcast yesterday by saying: “You’re gonna have as many [kids] as the Brady Bunch when you have these.”

When asked to confirm the news, Angelina replied: “Yeah, yeah, we’ve confirmed that already. Well, Jack’s just confirmed it actually.”

Angelina then hinted that she knew the gender of the twins but added: “We would like to keep that private.”

She said she’s “very happy” with the pregnancy: “Unlike most women, I love being pregnant… You just feel like everything about your body is there for your baby.”

The babies, believed to be both girls, are set to arrive on 19th August and Angelina has said she would “possibly” give birth in France, where the family are currently based for the Cannes Film Festival.

Speaking at a press conference for the animated film today, she said: “I actually haven’t completely decided, but we are thinking of France.”

The children will be the fifth and sixth children for Angelina and partner Brad Pitt.
