Duffy: I was too loud for the school choir
Duffy has revealed that despite topping the UK charts for five weeks with her hit ‘Mercy’, she was kicked out of the choir at school.
The critically acclaimed singer revealed recently: “I was thrown out because I didn’t fit in. I was really loud.
“I’ve always struggled with that actually.”
Duffy’s debut album ‘Rockferry’ was released in the US this week. It has already gone Platinum in the UK and Gold in five other European countries since its release earlier this year.
