The Aerosmith frontman is said to have checked into Las Encinas Hospital drug rehabilitation clinic in Pasadena for treatment for unspecified substance abuse, 22 years after first seeking treatment.

In the 1980s, Steven and bandmate Joe Perry were dubbed the “Toxic Twins” due to their excessive use of heroin and stimulants but Steven credits daughters Mia and Liv Tyler with inspiring him to get - and stay - clean.

Steven’s spokeperson refused to comment on the new reports.
