coleen mcloughlinIt looks like Coleen McLoughlin’s pre-wedding weight loss efforts have been a little too successful: her £100,000 Marchesa wedding dress reportedly no longer fits her.

A source told the Daily Mail: “Coleen is really stressing out as this really is every bride’s nightmare. There is so much for her to organise, with several bashes lined up in the Cote d’Azur, Sicily and on a yacht in the Med.

“[She] has been trying to make sure everything is in place, although at the same time she has been working with a personal trainer to keep in shape. It looks like the stress of it all has made her shed a few pounds too many, and the dress no longer fits her around the bust.

“She was devastated. The meringue dress, which has a 25ft train, was her favourite aspect of the whole ceremony - and was supposed to make her look and feel like a princess.

“When she discovered it didn’t fit properly, she dropped everything and sneaked off to New York straight away [to have it altered].

“The alterations will be done by the label’s top designers in Manhattan, and she will have to stay for as long as it takes. She’s hoping to be back within a few days.”

Coleen is set to marry fiancee Wayne Rooney on 14th June.
