A source told the Mirror that Nicola made the clairvoyant visit with a friend during the group’s stint in Brighton earlier this month: “Dumping Carl is one of the biggest decisions Nicola has ever had to make [so she needed some advice].

“Before she went in to the fortune teller, Nicola looked happy and had been shopping. But when she came out, she got straight on the phone like she needed to talk about something important.”

The couple of a year are said to have had a number of public arguments - and even more private ones - and that doomed their relationship: “They were totally in love and had even moved in together, but things turned sour after a string of blazing rows.”
