russell brandRussell Brand is reportedly signed up to host his own chat show in the US after his recent promotional exercises for film Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

A network source told the Sunday Mirror that he’s signed up for an initial eight-episode series with Box TV: “Russell has given some brilliant US interviews and TV execs have gone crazy for him.

“They were particularly impressed with his performance on the David Letterman show.

“They think he is likeable, charming and a bit of an oddball and presenting his own TV show is the obvious next step.”
