amy winehouseAmy Winehouse was reportedly told off by a court official yesterday for disrupting husband Blake Fielder-Civil’s hearing with her constant activity.

The singer attended the pre-trial hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court in East London for around 80 minutes yesterday and on entering the court with an Usher, she shared a smile and mouthed “I love you” with her incarcerated husband.

She is said to have held eye contact with Blake on a number of occasions, mouthed “all right?” at him then patted a chair next to her and mouthed “come and sit here next to me”. She switched seats in the public gallery twice and played constantly with her hair & the silver chain around her neck.

As prosecutor Sean Larkin began to make his legal arguments to the judge, Amy is said to have made an obscene hand gesture and mouthed a swear word at the lawyer’s back before asking for a slip of paper to write a note to Blake.

A court source reports: “Eventually the Usher had to tell her off because she was being disruptive and distracting but that annoyed her and she suddenly stood up and walked out with a clatter.”

Outside the court, Amy told reporters that Blake was looking “as gorgeous as f***. Haven’t you seen him before?” then pledged to return for today’s hearing. However she did not appear after a home visit from a doctor this morning as part of her ongoing efforts to beat drugs.

The full trial is expected to take place later this month. Blake, and two other men, are accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice by paying off the victim in an assault case. The GBH charge is expected to be heard at the same time. Blake has been held on remand at Pentonville Prison in London since his arrest for the charges in November.
