Steve-OJackass star Steve-O had admitted he was in possession of cocaine when arrested at the start of March after agreeing a plea bargain deal with prosecutors.

Steve-O, real name Stephen Glover, was arrested at the start of March on suspicion of vandalism (of his neighbour’s property) and drug possession - and shortly afterwards checking himself into the Cedars Sinai Medical Center for a psychiatric evaluation and rehab.

He initially denied the felony level cocaine charge but appearing in court yesterday, pleaded guilty in exchange for probation and rehab treatment to start immediately.

His lawyer Barry Sands told Us Weekly: “Steve is doing great - he has been sober for 85 days. His probation is set for 18 months, but it may be shorter depending on his good behavior and continuation with the program he is in.

“[He] is currently living in a sober house and has straightened up.”

Deputy District Attorney Brad Harmon added: “If he’s clean and doesn’t mess up during the 18 months, the case is completely dismissed.”
