Lily Allen on her new pink hair and getting wayyy too drunk

Lily Allen has admitted she did get rather a bit too drunk at the Glamour Awards on Tuesday night.

The singer had to be carried out of the after-party and after a few hours sleeping it off, wrote on her blog: “i got very drunk last night , too drunk. It’s not cool getting that drunk , i feel awful and I have to thank my little brother alf for getting me home safely.

“Kids , drink responsibly or you’ll end up looking like this , not pretty ! Was quite fun though , from what i can remember. need fry up now .”

Before getting carried away in both senses, Lily unveiled a new pink hairdo at the ceremony at London’s Berkeley Square Gardens, explaining it saying she fancied a temporary change: “I wanted to lighten the load so I dyed my hair pink.

“It took me 40 seconds to do and it’ll last a week - I love it.”

Lily won the Editor’s Special Award at the award ceremony for her ongoing success in the music world and for her efforts in other areas such as with her chat show Lily Allen and Friends.
