amy winehouseAmy Winehouse was ordered to behave herself by a court Usher for the second time during her husband’s pre-trial hearing yesterday.

After being told off for her disruptive behaviour on Monday, Amy didn’t attend Tuesday’s session at Snaresbrook Crown Court for medical reasons but returned for yesterday’s session.

According to the Sun, Amy blew kisses from the public gallery and mouthed more messages at husband Blake Fielder-Civil then she shouted “it’s like Disneyland!” when the prosecutor explained that jurors’ holiday plans over the summer might impact the trial, scheduled to start later this month.

Later on, she made a series of hand gestures as lawyers discussed specific legal issues then stood up and began making a show of rearranging her clothes. An Usher ordered her to sit down and behave, causing her to shout back “I’m just tucking my skirt in!” then doing so in slow motion.

A source explained: “When Blake was first sent to jail last year, Amy thought he’d be out in a couple of weeks and everything would be sorted - but that didn’t happen.

“Now she’s acting up because she’s seeing how serious this is for the first time: Blake could end up being put away for years and she doesn’t feel she can cope without him.”

Blake and two other men are accused of perverting the course of justice over an assault last year.
