Former Busted star turned TV presenter Matt Willis has checked back into rehab after his fiancee Emma Griffiths told him to get clean or their wedding next month would be cancelled.

Matt first checked into The Priory in 2005 for help regarding his alcohol abuse then returned the following year to work through his reliance on marijuana. He has now returned to the clinic a third time after he started partying again this spring, including a wild night out with Amy Winehouse last month.

A source told the Mirror: “He went too far after the night out with Amy. He was so out of it he started swinging at photographers.

“He and Emma are supposed to get married next month and have a massive magazine deal but she told him he needs to sort himself out before she becomes his wife.

“She made him promise that he would give up drugs and heavy drinking - and she’s devastated he broke that promise. But Matt loves Emma and wants to do everything possible to win her back.”

The couple got engaged early last year.
