Selena Gomez makes no-sex-before-marriage pledge

Disney Channel star Selena Gomez has revealed she’s joined the likes of the Jonas Brothers in pledging to not have sex before marriage.

The Wizards of Waverly Place star told Extra: “I said, ‘Dad, I want a promise ring.’ He went to the church and got it blessed.

“He actually used me as an example for other kids. I’m going to keep my promise to myself, to my family and to God.”

From Britney to Miley they all have already said the same thing. I guess it’s Disney’s tip to gather some fans. Please instead of always whinning about marriage, people should grant sexual education to the young so that they would know that first not everybody marries someone, that you can fall out of love of someone without being the devil, and most of all sex is too personal that you don’t have to shout everywhere that you are a virgin to sell some covers.

Good for Selena! there finally a god role model out there to srop stupid teenagers getting pregnant so younge the sight of a 15 or 13 year old girl pushing her baby in a pram is digusting, it gives other teenagers a bad name! like the government blames all teenagers instead of the bad ones that carry knifes and have under aged sex instead, and even driving! “boy racers” and idiots that drive so fast risk it for the sensible teenagers to get their licences when they are 17! its unfair and stupid.

Hi, I speak a little English and I have read the text about Selena, that she doesn’t want to have sex before the marriage, and I think that this is another stupid promise of famous young people, like Miley, I wish that she doesnt finish like her, because I think that selena is better than “Hannah” but I’m not sure.
