The already thin actresses, who played personal assistants on a high profile fashion magazine, were forced to restrict their intake to lose vital pounds for the role.

Anne explained recently: “I was [already] thin for my height.

“I was basically stuck with fruit, vegetables and fish. I wouldn’t recommend that.

“Emily Blunt and I would clutch at each other and cry because we were so hungry.”
