David Beckham injured in basketball mishap
David Beckham has revealed his skill on the football field isn’t transferrable to other sports.
David revealed recently that eldest son Brooklyn has become a big basketball fan since the family moved to Los Angeles last summer and the pair have been frequently spotted at LA Lakers games, sometimes accompanied by Victoria Beckham or Brooklyn’s younger brother Romeo.
But the danger kicks it when it comes to playing it at home - David was left with a nasty cut on his nose and facial bruising after a recent throw around: “I was playing basketball with my eldest son, Brooklyn.
“[He] threw the ball at the net and it bounced off the ring and smacked me in the face.”

The idiot acts like a little child doesn’t he? God help the self obsessed and immature half wit if he ever has to suffer any real serious trauma or illness! In fact this greedy and spoilt man-child’s superficial ramblings/bullsh*t are an insult to anyone currently suffering from far, far worse things than a temporary minor scratch!

Your comment made me do something I have never done….Post a reply!!
I’m not a beckham lover but what makes you say he acts like a little child? Beckham’s only quote in this story is
“I was playing basketball with my eldest son, Brooklyn. [He] threw the ball at the net and it bounced off the ring and smacked me in the face.”
He never said anything to suggest it really hurt him or was in some sort of childish tantrum he merely said he got smacked in the face playing with his son and he probably only said it because someone said “what’s with the bruise?”
Greedy and spoilt?? How can he be spoilt he earned all his money himself, you might not agree with how much football players are paid but that’s the world we live in so he can spend it how he likes.
Sorry for such a long reply but your message annoyed me you either don’t understand the story and have put another meaning into it or you just hate beckham.

He is a thick, immature and childish big kid! He talks like a r****d. He even stated in a Sunday Newspaper Supplement Mag that he was worried for his wife’s health because he felt she was pushing herself too far filming her NBC TV special and promoting her overpriced tat Stateside. So the precious big kid considers being paid £10,000,000 to be followed by a NBC TV crew as a ‘health concern’ when at the same time some much lesser unfortunate people get Cancer, MS, MND, Leukaemia ect, ect. He should wise up and grow up the big kid!

” He even stated in a Sunday Newspaper Supplement Mag that he was worried for his wife’s health because he felt she was pushing herself too far filming her NBC TV special and promoting her overpriced tat Stateside”
Re-read that a second, so basically he was concerned for his wife because she was working to much….I totally understand you now; god he’s a b*****d being worried for his wife’s health, how dare he! Thats really retarted isn’t it…caring for your wife, how dare he!
“So the precious big kid considers being paid £10,000,000 to be followed by a NBC TV crew as a ‘health concern’”
I doubt it was that much tbh and you even said “she was pushing herself too far filming her NBC TV special AND promoting her overpriced tat Stateside” Promoting something can be hard work you know it included a lot of travelling, not getting much sleep and not having a lot of time to relax or eat proper meals, which can be health concern.
You do realise having a cold is a health concern, having the flu is a health concern anything that effects your health is a concern and like I said doing a tour, promoting, filming etc can lead to a hectic life which is a health concern so are you saying if your partner was doing something that could effect their health you wouldn’t care because theres bigger things like cancer in the world?
Why did you even mention cancer etc? He didn’t say “this is worse then cancer!” he said he was concered for his wife’s health yeah that sounds immature to me.

So here is a man, sorry I meant child that believed his wife’s voluntary action to be followed around by a TV crew for a few weeks whilst being paid £10,000,000 to do so was a matter of worry and a health concern. What an intelligence insulting imbecile.

So if your partner was doing something voluntary and it could have an effect on their health you wouldn’t care because they were getting £10,000,000 (got a source to say it was that much??) How caring of you

I agree with “Out there in the real world”… The Beckhams’ are part of the rich and famous “club” that will NEVER have to worry about the things us ordinary mortals do, such as: $$$, bills, family, house, cleaning, dinner(s), etc. They have accountants to make sure their bills are paid on time, they have “domestic help” to “help” them tidy up their 13,000 sq. ft. mansion, they have nannies to take care of their 3 growing brats, they have cooks/chefs to prepare their meals, etc… their “job” is to be part of the celebrity circle, attend parties, dress in expensive desinger outfits, get paped in said outfits, maybe DB plays a little “soccer” now and again… so when he talks about playing basketball with his son it automatically makes news becuase we can all then sit back in our over-cramped apts/houses with our 3+ kids making messes in every room (no help around to “tidy up”) we can all say Awww now isn’t that nice an actual celeb spending quality time with their offspring. This over-arrogant, selfish, fame/$$$ hungry, greedy beyond belief “couple” will NEVER understand or even attempt to undersstand the working man’s/woman’s plight because they don’t NEED TO… they are RICH you see and becuase of their WEALTH they feel that they are entitled to look down their noses at all of us the “little people” because they FORGOT what it’s like to struggle and WORK for things in this life. Some celebs have a better attitude and can kinda hide that sense of entitlement and really make you feel/believe that they do understand the commoner’s point of view… not these two- they are probably two of the grossest, over-indulged, narcisssitic celebs of our time. Really wish that they would JUST GO AWAY!
