Cheryl Cole isn’t right for the X Factor, says Sugababe Keisha Buchanan
Sugababes star Keisha Buchanan has said she thinks it’s wrong that Cheryl Cole has been signed up as Sharon Osbourne’s replacement on The X Factor.
Speaking ahead of Sugababes’ performance at the Isle of Wight Festival on Saturday, Keisha told Virgin Radio: “I would have preferred Boy George [had got the job].
“He has got so much more experience, and so many more years behind him.
“I think he would have been much better as the judge.”
Bandmate Heidi Range added: “Well, Cheryl did come from reality TV herself… so I guess that does make sense.
“But she could do with some more experience [before being put in that judging position].”
Girls Aloud star Cheryl is said to have signed a high six figure deal to appear on the show alongside Simon Cowell and Dannii Minogue.
