nicole kidman and keith urbanNicole Kidman surprised a Tennessee radio DJ on Tuesday after turning up at the station with the man’s lunch.

Nicole’s husband Keith Urban was an in-studio guest on Gerry House’s WSIX-FM show when Nicole phoned in, introducing herself as “Keith’s wife” to defend her husband from his own self-deprecating comments about his role in their Lamaze classes.

She said: “Keith has been doing Lamaze lessons, he is selling himself short… He doesn’t know the name [of the classes] but he has been very good at it!”

When she added that she was en route to the radio station to pick up Keith, DJ House asked her to stop in at a nearby shop to pick him up a salad for lunch - which she arrived with 20 minutes later.

But the shocked DJ admitted: “I have no intention of eating this. Are you kidding? Lunch delivered by Nicole Kidman? I’m having it bronzed!”

Nicole & Keith, who celebrated their second wedding anniversary on Wednesday, are expected to welcome their first child together next month.
