natalie cassidyNatalie Cassidy has reiterated that she’s finding it hard to keep her weight steady after losing 4st (56lbs) last year.

The former Eastenders star told Closer magazine recently: “Maintaining the weight is the toughest bit. It can be a nightmare.

“Sometimes I’ll do two hours in a day and I’ll exercise five times a week.”

Natalie, who released her own fitness DVD Natalie Cassidy’s Then And Now Workout documenting her weight-loss, added: “I still do my video and when I get bored, I’ll head to the park for lunges.

“You’ve got to say, ‘Right, I’m going to exercise, I’m going to have fruit and salads’, and you’ll see the weight fall off.”

“You have to train yourself, but it’s hard because it’s a different way of thinking. I had a load of bad habits - like bingeing on crisps, dips and bread sticks when friends came round - but it had to stop.”
