Rosie O’Donnell dismisses rumours she’s splitting from wife Kelli

Rosie O’Donnell has denied rumours that she’s on the verge of splitting from wife Kelli Carpenter.

The couple, who married during the first round of Californian same-sex marriages in 2004, recently revealed they aren’t planning to marry again now that the ceremonies have been deemed legal - causing speculation that their relationship was on the way out.

New York Post columnist Cindy Adams said yesterday that the couple of 11 years “may not be so together any more” but a spokesperson for Rosie denied the rumours, adding: “Rosie thinks that Cindy Adams is a lesbian but she doesn’t know it yet.

“She’s going to leave Kelli for Cindy Adams.”

Rosie and Kelli have four children together: thirteen year old Parker, eleven year old Chelsea, eight year old Blake and five year old Vivienne.
