lindsay lohanLindsay Lohan and Lily Allen have reportedly recorded a track together for Lily’s new album.

Lily arrived in Los Angeles to focus on the record at the start of last month and was spotted out for a meal with Lindsay with Lindsay’s BFF Samantha Ronson and Lily’s super-producer friend - and Sam’s brother - Mark Ronson.

Now a source has claimed that Lily and Lindsay cooked up the idea of a collaboration over the dinner and the (birthday girl) actress laid down some vocals late last month, inbetween working on her new film Labor Pains.

A source explained: “She’s got a very different vocal style to Lily but they harmonise really well. It sounds great.”

The album, Lily’s second, is tentatively titled ‘Stuck on the Naughty Step’ and the singer explained recently: “In England, when kids are naughty, they get sent to sit on the naughty step. Like a timeout, you know?

“I feel like I’m stuck in a hole where people say, ‘Lily, you’re bad. Go think about what you’ve done’.”

She added: “I’m really scared about what people are going to say [about it]. I don’t know why.

“Some people will like it and some won’t. If people hate it, then I’ll just try something else.”
