Daniel RadcliffeDaniel Radcliffe has compared the next Harry Potter film to iconic drug film Trainspotting.

He told Empire magazine recently that the forthcoming Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince has more adult themes emerging within it as the cast grow up: “There is a fair amount of sexual energy and there are some drug parallels. We have a couple of what David Yates, the director calls our ‘Trainspotting moments’.

“There’s a great balance. The light parts are lighter than before, and the dark parts are extremely dark.”
