America FerreraUgly Betty star America Ferrera has said it was wonderful when Victoria Beckham joined the show for a cameo earlier this year because she was willing to poke fun at herself and laugh.

America explained recently: “[Victoria] was wonderful. She was so lovely. Everyone really enjoyed her on the set, and she definitely came with an attitude just to play.

“That’s the wonderful thing about our show - we know we are fortunate to be on something so uplifting and fun.

“So it’s fun when other people get to come in, and you just gotta go for it. If you’re not willing to be humiliated, then you don’t belong on our show. And she was ready to be humiliated.”

But there was one sticking point with the WAG - what to call her: “I don’t think I called her Posh. I avoided it because I didn’t know. What do you call her?

“I was just, ‘Hi, you!’”
