Ulrika Jonsson: my first thought after giving birth was I want another one

Just weeks after giving birth to her fourth child, Ulrika Jonsson has said she’s already planning her next baby.

Ulrika and husband Brian Monet welcomed their son Malcolm just over three weeks ago but she told Bella magazine recently that she instantly wanted to have another child: “The first thing I thought when Malcolm was born and was laying on my stomach was: ‘Oh my god, I want to do this again’.

“I just love this feeling of having a child.

“As any woman consumed by the need to procreate will vouch, it’s not an emotion you can brush to one side.

“I never had my life planned out - obviously - but I had always dreamt of having lots of children at my feet.”

She added: “I don’t understand women who don’t want to have children - I don’t mean that in a derogatory way but my instinct is to mate.”
