cheryl coleX Factor judge Danni Minogue is reportedly having a hard time dealing with newcomer to the show Cheryl Cole - and Cheryl isn’t exactly fond of Dannii either.

Girls Aloud star Cheryl joined the panel after Sharon Osbourne left the show last month and Dannii is said to annoyed by Cheryl’s instant bond with their fellow judge, the show’s producer Simon Cowell.

A source told the News of the World: “Those girls absolutely HATE each other.

“Of course, they’re both professionals during filming but when the cameras stop rolling it’s clear they have a big problem with one another.

“There’s been a lot of aggro. We’ve heard plenty of snide comments backstage and the cameras have picked up the fact there’s obviously a lot of needle there.

“Simon has tried to intervene but there’s nothing he can do about it. He and Cheryl get on like a house on fire. He thinks she’ll be a huge star and a big hit with viewers. The pair of them are great friends. And Dannii doesn’t like it one bit.”

Cheryl’s Girls Aloud bandmates are also said to be jealous of Cheryl’s appointment and Sugababes star Keisha Buchanan said she thought someone more experienced, like Boy George, should have been given the job.

The women are currently judging the early audition stages around the country, with the show set to return to TV in the autumn.
