Jamie had been living at Kate’s St Johns Wood home in North London for the last six months but was spotted moving out his belongings after a row sparked by jealousy.

A source told the Mirror: “Jamie and Kate had a blazing argument in the early hours of Saturday morning.

“Kate made some comment about a girl who’d been hanging around Jamie and it deteriorated from there.

“Just hours later, Jamie was packing his things and moving stuff out of her house. By the afternoon, most of it had gone.”

“Kate was expected to watch [Jamie’s band] The Kills play in Kent that evening but she gave it a miss.”

Instead the supermodel flew out to Marbella for a sunshine break with friends - and the source added that Kate is avoiding speaking to Jamie while she’s away: “Kate and Jamie haven’t spoken as she has had her mobile turned off or has been screening his calls.

“But he’s telling friends that it’s not a permanent split - it’s simply that he’s in the doghouse.

“Jamie is playing in Scotland this weekend and is confident that Kate will be there by his side and cheering him on from the side of the stage.”

The couple were first linked last summer and were rumoured to be planning to marry in autumn this year.
