Jessica Alba: I have never felt less sexy than when I was pregnant

Jessica Alba has said that she didn’t join the likes of Angelina Jolie in finding pregnancy a sexy experience.

Jessica gave birth to daughter Honor Marie on 7th June and told Cosmopolitan recently that in some ways she was glad when it was over: “I never felt less sexy. I mean, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world … but I wanted to get rid of all the weight.”

Jessica married Honor’s dad Cash Warren in a private ceremony a fortnight before Honor was born but even though it was a quick civil affair without any friends or family present, Jessica insists it was still great: “It was very romantic, Cash designed the ring himself.

“We’re not a typical Hollywood couple. I love that he’s not an actor. I’m way too high maintenance to be in a relationship with an actor - they’re all such divas! They take longer in hair and makeup than I do.

“I never thought I’d find a man before 30, let alone marry him and have his baby. [But] Cash believes, as I do, in taking life as it comes. Nothing was planned - the pregnancy or the wedding - but he took it in his stride and convinced me we’d conquer all!”
