Tom Cruise and Connor CruiseTom Cruise is reportedly already teaching his son Connor to fly - at just 13 years old.

Tom earned his pilot’s license in 1994 and frequently flies his family around the US in his private plane - and now it seems that he is keen for Connor to follow in his footsteps.

Onlookers at an airfield in Burbank, California last weekend report Connor took a lesson with an instructor, practising taking off, cruising and landing a Cessna 172 Skyhawk and a source close to the family added: “Connor has grown up seeing his dad flying them around so it’s like wanting to learn a car for him.

“And Tom’s glad he’s taking to it so quickly.”

Connor can continue to have lessons but can’t obtain his own pilot’s license until he turns 16.
