Lindsay Lohan upstaged and annoyed by David Beckham

Lindsay Lohan was reportedly annoyed to be upstaged by David Beckham on arriving in New York recently.

Lindsay flew into the city with rumoured-girlfriend/BFF Samantha Ronson on Thursday but was surprised when to find all the airport’s attention turn towards the soccer star who was in town with his team LA Galaxy for a game against the New York Red Bulls.

A source told the Mirror: “As Lindsay arrived at the luggage carousel, she saw crowds of people rushing through.

“She started to turn on her smile but it soon became a scowl when everyone practically trampled over her to get to Beckham.

“She turned to Sam and said, ‘Where are they all going - who the hell is that?’ Lindsay was gutted.”

Lindsay and Sam later headed to a party, where Lindsay sat in the DJ booth watching Sam work ahead of a short break in the Hamptons over the weekend: “They were telling friends how they were looking forward to going to The Hamptons and spending some time together.

“Lindsay’s been working hard on her new movie, so they can’t wait to have a break away on their own.”
